Professional Appreciation

Every year, a Confraternization Party gathers in Teresina all the employees, their families and friends of the companies of Grupo Claudino from all over Brazil . It is a great endomarketing action, with the distribution of valuable prizes and distinctions being awarded to the most outstanding employees of the year.

The daughters of employees who become 15 years old have their coming out party in the occasion. Regardless the position of the parents in the company, all the girls receive as a gift all the garment and special souvenirs.

All the employees' children who are under 10 years old receive Christmas presents.

The employees who are not absent from work receive money prizes during the year. It is the Assiduity Prize. In the Confraternization Party, the assiduity record breakers are paid homage and granted a brand new car.
